Can I pick my order up if I am local?

We’re sorry but we do not offer local pickup at this time. We hope to offer pickup or faster delivery options at a later date.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Package?

Delivery times will vary based on location and season. We ship our coffee from our roasting facilities in Wyoming, Florida, and Hawaii. We will provide tracking information for most orders.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! Although only individual product orders can ship internationally, we only offer our subscription services to customers living in the USA. We do not ship to all countries.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship all Savage Perk orders with the United States Postal Service or UPS.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Savage Perk accepts all major credit cards, including Apple Card, PayPal, and most major Crypto currencies.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Buying online with Savage Perk is just as safe as using your credit card in a traditional store and likely even safer most times. Savage Perk does not store any credit card information on our server. Our processing partners (Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase) will handle all financial transactions.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Ordering with Savage Perk is as easy as pointing and clicking! Visit The Store in our menu on top of each page and click Products once you find the product you want to purchase click add to the cart and then checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

While we do not require you to have an official account, we will present you with the option of making one at checkout.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

Visit our contact page for contact options; We are available via phone and email.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Visit “My Account” and go to your open orders. You may not change or cancel orders once we ship them.

How Do I Track My Order?

Order tracking is available through your orders tab in your “My Account” page link.

How Can I Return a Product?

Unfortunately, because our product is an edible or consumable product, all sales are final and we cannot issue refunds or accept returns on coffee. Clothing items and accessories will carry a 15 day return policy and must be in new, unused condition. Savage Perk reserves the right to refuse return items that show wear.
