Can I pick my order up if I am local?

We’re sorry but we do not offer local pickup; We are a small batch craft coffee company and we stay fairly busy day and night. We hope to offer pickup or faster delivery options at a later date.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Package?

Delivery times will vary based on location and season. We ship our coffee from our warehouse in Wyoming and most west coast orders will arrive within 2 or 3 days while east coast orders can take up to 7 days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! Although only individual product orders can ship internationally, we offer our subscription services to customers living in the USA.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship all Savage Perk orders with the United States Postal Service.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Savage Perk accepts all major credit cards including but not limited to Apple Card.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Buying online with Savage Perk is just as safe as using your credit card in a traditional store and likely even safer most times. Savage Perk does not store any credit card information on our server; our processing partner, Stripe, will handle all transactions.

How do I place an Order?

Ordering with Savage Perk is as easy as pointing and clicking! Visit The Store in our menu on top of each page and click Products once you find the product you want to purchase click add to the cart and then checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

While we do not require you to have an official account, we will present you with the option of making one at checkout.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

Visit our contact page for contact options; We are available via phone and email.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Visit “My Account” and go to your open orders. You may not change or cancel orders once we ship them.

How Do I Track My Order?

Click on MORE in the navigation on top of any page and then click Order tracking.

How Can I Return a Product?

Unfortunately, because of our product, an edible or consumable product, all sales are final and we cannot issue refunds or accept returns.
